What is a systemic constellation?

A constellation is a facilitated, embodied process that maps the relational field around a question or challenge. We listen not only to the mind but to the body, the ancestral field, and the larger system seeking balance. Constellations help translate what your nervous system already knows into language and movement your leadership can use.
