Interracial Workplace Mediation
Mediate a conflict that shows up in group dynamics (communication styles, race, age, gender, etc.)
Deliverable - Lead an intentional targeted conversation to reconnect people toward their shared goal.

Restorative Process
A process that supports a reset in a group of people (4-50 people), after an “event”. Such as a change in leadership that resulted in harm to the team. Or a team conflict that happened in a public way, etc.
Deliverable - An external view and intervention to realign people back to each other and the mission of the organization.

Team Building
Bringing teams together to identify one’s place and contribution in the organization with the objective of realigning to your mission. Great for annual retreats!
Deliverable - Intentional efforts to create a culture of belonging, better communication and connections.

Above and beyond definitions and historical context. This level of training begins with challenging your current structures and systems and starts to identify the leverage points for change.
Deliverable - A supported analysis, identification and implementation plan of the areas of your organizational systems that are ready for change.

BIPOC and White affinity groups meet separately, then come together with the intention of breaking down the systems.
Deliverable - For white folks: Growth in understanding and practice on how to be an ally and a co-conspirator. For BIPOC folks: Explore if there is room to trust and embody a more liberated version of ourselves. Imagine the possibilities!
